For integration with the host processor the WiLD MAC and Modem feature a standard ARM AMBA bus interface. This IP provides an ARM7/PCI based reference platform that implements a complete WLAN station or access point device. The IP has been ported to a variety of other host processors and bus interface and we can support customers with consulting or design services.
The WiLD modem supports a variety of radio options, both internal to the IC as well as external. The external WiLD radio offers the unique solution of a digital radio interface which enables an all digital IC or FPGA implementation of the WiLD MAC and Modem.
